About Me

I’m Phuong Nam, a fresh and hopeful mind in a less than so world. I’m a recent high school graduate and newly undergraduate student at Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. I’m looking to make a difference in the community and have fun while I’m at it.

I’ve grown up in semi-urban Massachusetts and have met some of the most passionate, influential, driven, and wonderful people in my travels.

My passion for Parkinson’s disease stems from growing up with a parent having it. I’ve joined forces with the Michael J Fox Foundation (formerly Parkinson’s Action Network) to advocate for better treatment, better care, and a cure. My passion for advocacy stems into my dream of becoming a global voice. The community has given me all the skills to flourish and I’m on a mission to give back.

In my travels, I’ve picked up languages, cultures, and most importantly recipes! Occasionally, I’ll be posting recipes on here from traditional Vietnamese cuisine (courtesy of my mom) to American comfort foods. Maybe a few college hacks too.

And last but not least, you can’t take over the world without looking ready to go. Make up and skin care reviews and raves will grace the blog once in a blue moon. Go to glam is always the way to go, of course.

Find a piece of me in the blog and keep reading along.

  1. Hi, Phuong Nam
I think that I know you. You are the lovely daughter of Mrs Trieu. I’d just met her in the summer. You can know a little about me from your mom.
You are very smart and your blog seems so interesting. I will go to see when I am free.
    Have a nice week-end.
